- Teaching, mentoring, and engineering practice through WINWINSP
I design and deliver software that organisations can trust. Architecture starts from business problems. Products must work for operators. Documentation should outlast a single release.
I began in teaching and entrepreneurship long before professional development. That thread still runs through mentoring, handbook work, and the WINWINSP practice I built from live delivery.

What I do
- Architecture Domain separation, recorded decisions, foundation before feature sprawl.
- Product delivery Stakeholder transparency, financial accountability, systems operators can explain.
- Teaching & documentation Lessons learned, engineering handbook material, and consultation so teams inherit judgment, not just code.
Experience at a glance
Across more than 150 projects — international freelancing and in-house work — I have stabilised inherited systems, built greenfield products, and maintained long-running platforms under direct accountability.
Recent work includes foundation-first product delivery with accepted architecture decisions and handbook documentation maintained alongside code.
One current example is GrowSharely — share and stakeholder transparency — described under Solutions — share management, not as the headline of a thirty-year arc.

WINWINSP
